CHEF DEREK UPTON
As a California transplant in Arizona, Chef Derek has worked for some of the best culinary names in Phoenix and has created a name for himself. Alongside working in PHX known kitchens like EVO, Café Monarch, and the James Beard Semifinalist The Breadfruit & Rum Bar, he has cooked for David Spade, Kelis, Michael Rappaport, and many others. Being featured on the city’s top morning news shows, in the top food magazines, countless food blogs, and on radio, he has gained national attention.
CHEF JORDAN SAVELL
Chef Jordan Savell is a former first responder out of Ft. Worth, Texas, but soon realized her passion was in the culinary industry. She was sous chef for Eddie V's, and the Oceanaire in Ft. Worth, then became a sensation after her run on Hell's Kitchen Season 19 where she finished 7th out of 18 contestants. Chef Jordan took her talent and started up Bullfish Foods Food Truck where she catered for some of the biggest events in Texas.
